The best way to learn Norwegian is to follow the basic structure provided in standard courses.
In addition you can follow online resources for more vocabulary etc. But it is always best to learn the basic structures first.
If you do not want to use a course and/or teacher for that. I have made basic

Which books to use in your language learning depends on you. I use the same books as most Norwegian courses in Norway.
These are called På Vei, Stein På stein and Her på Berget. If you plan on using a Norwegian tutor, these books are excellent.
However, they are only in Norwegian. Making the process somewhat difficult.
Without a tutor, you might find suitable material online and on Amazon.
Of course - A good tutor will guide you later if you have missed some central points in grammar.
